This really pisses me off. Is nothing sacred?
ReplyDeleteJerk who did this is so far up himself that he'll come out the other side. Would he like someone to deface his work that way?
ReplyDeleteIs that Taylor Swift?
ReplyDeleteI am sure that many people are much more upset about a small amount of graffiti on this mural than they are about actual violations of people's rights on the streets of America.
ReplyDeleteWE'RE STILL ON DESK DUTY. JUST SAYING.
ReplyDeleteIs this connected to the Taylor Swift arcos who ravaged Ballaro the other night?
ReplyDeleteObviously someone at Niagara wouldn't let a bunch of crusties in, who were sleeping out on 7th Street, and this was their response.
ReplyDeleteIt's obviously not cool to deface someone's public artwork, but the butthurt comments every time someone tags the precious Joe Strummer mural is hilarious. "Sacred," seriously? It's a not a holy site, people, it's just some paint on a wall.
ReplyDeleteor what J. Penley said
NYPD TWEETER, YOU ARE THE BEST. I MISS YOU. BUT NOT THE TOWER.
ReplyDeleteHa! NYPD TWEET TOWER is on the rubber gun squad!
ReplyDeleteBut we could make it a sacred site, people. All that's required is a sacrifice. Now, according to tradition, in a pinch, a goat or some other similar animal will do, but given the generally sympathetic attitude towards animals these days (myself included) I'm sure our god wouldn't be the least bit offended with a somewhat lower order offer. It's not like anyone's going to miss a Crustie or two anyway and they'd finally be making a positive contribution to the neighborhood. I'm all about win-win solutions.
