Sandy was fun compared to this shit storm of drunks.
ReplyDeleteDreading the fact that I must leave the house today. It's hard to watch...and difficult to realize that most of the "revelers" don't actually see anyone on the street, especially elderly people with canes, walkers, etc.
ReplyDeleteWorst of all is watching the young women who are so visibly tanked as they try to keep up with the drinking. Anytime after 3 p.m... that's when the vomiting starts.
Happy holidays, yo.
It's too bad that the East Village has become a place that hates fun. I guess people are right who say the East Village is dead.
ReplyDeleteReport bad santas at 311.org. You can do so anon.
ReplyDelete311.gov rather
ReplyDeleteSandy was a walk in the park compared to this. Of course we lost many of our belongings because of the storm surge because of Sandy, but today has eight hours of young drunk people. Much worse.
ReplyDeleteInThe Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, Santus Commus(latin, I guess) is only list as reason number 3. So don't sweat it we still have a way to go.
ReplyDeleteWhat does Donald Trump say about the crusties that invade the neighborhood each year?

ReplyDeleteIt died when you arrived. Bro/OMG. Again, defending Bro/OMG culture is defending the indefensible.
10:22AM: How about a little less fun?
ReplyDelete10:22 hahaha you don't know fun if this is your idea of fun...pathetic suburban lameass BS
ReplyDeleteSorry I don't consider what looks like invasion of substance abusers jamming intersections, sidewalks, pissing, vomiting as a good time. People who consider this fun have no imagination and are destined to attend 12 step programs some day.
ReplyDeleteYou, yes you, EV GRIEVE, are a crusty cunt. You're a fascist, communist, censorship asshole like a guy named Hitler. While I won't wish anyone harm, I hope you make a real stupid decision when facing someone who won't stand for your bullshit and he/she gives you a high five to your face with a hammer, you whiney bitch pathetic loser
ReplyDelete12 step programs if they are lucky
ReplyDeleteDon't waste your time, 10:07pm is obviously a loser troll who wishes he was out frolicking in Santacon but has no friends.
ReplyDeleteI cannot stand silent in reading anon 12:07.
ReplyDeleteThat comment my kind sir borders on a terroristic threat and is incendiary to say the least. Perhaps you should take the time to read the disclaimer on the site.
I personally have suffered some slanderous abuse on this site, but quite frankly that is everyone's right to express his or her opinion without wishing for violence.
You have crossed the line I daresay. Should your bravado and come out from behind your curtain and reveal yourself. So you can be subjected to the scrutiny you so clearly need.
