Probably looking for some nice old buildings to buy so he can tear them down and build sorely needed luxury housing in their stead.

Priceless.. even the actual Vultures recognize the cultural corpse that big money and greed has left of the once vibrant, diverse and authentic neighborhood i grew up in. RIP EV
