Oh good, another storefront filled more meaningless crap for students and Millennials.
Retail-wise, this whole neighborhood is becoming a giant outdoor mall for college students. Vape shops, bars, take-out food, coffee shops.
I wonder how much money the students' parents would save if their kids weren't blowing a ton of $$ on tobacco/vape/alcohol products?
