ReplyDeleteI know someone who renovated and took all the safety gates off 3 huge windows that open onto the fire escape (which faces the back, so not very visible in case of attempted break-in). This person says the glass in the new windows is "bullet proof" but IMO, to some burglars, that's probably just a more interesting challenge.
the fact that this place was made "sound proof" should indicate a bigger problem why was there a need to make it sound proof?
