Some dick tagged the Tompkins Square Park playground
EVG reader Angela Moore shared these photos from the Tompkins Square Park playground along Avenue A ... where someone drew a dick on the children's slide ... and a tree ...
Not sure if kids will buy that this is an interpretative drawing of R2-D2.

Sniff. This is beautiful. Tons of kids were in the park today climbing the trees and jumping in the sinkhole. School must be back in.
ReplyDeleteWhy the F doesn't the city enforce quality of life issues, specifically graffiti?! It is such a problem and seems to be increasing by the day. I can wrap my head around some tagging, but sonmuch of what is happening is just pure vandalism. For example, these dicks, the blue paint on the corner of 2nd and A, the yellow paint on the bank building on Houston.
