ReplyDeleteThe drug use in the neighborhood is at an all-time high. My friend saw a dude doing lines right on this wall so I'm not surprised someone put this sign up here. It must be happening at all hours of the day. I also saw someone shooting up on 4th street between 1st and 2nd by that dentist office the other day, too. Cops drove right by as I was passing. Where is the community outreach? So sad.
