it's so sad that a band of dog owners have commandeered large sections of Thompkins Park as unofficial dog runs. Yes I know there is snow on the ground now but this happens year round and the Park's department has given up at the on trying to keep these green spaces and this summer we can expect large areas of dirt instead of something that looks and functions as our neighborhood oasis.
