FULL glass reveal at this incoming Lower East Side boutique office building

Here's a view of the newly revealed floor-to-ceiling glass wall at 141 E. Houston St. 

Completion of the 9-story, 65,000-square-foot office building between Eldridge and Forsyth is slated for the fourth quarter of 2021, per the 141 website. (Not too far off from the Summer 2021 date on the plywood rendering.)
Our previous post (here!) on No. 141 has more details about what's been happening here to date at the site of the former Sunshine Cinema (RIP January 2018).

    Great looking building. Minimal modern. Glad they didn't try to junk it it up with any ornamentation.

    I walked by the other day and noted the hulking mass of sharp edges and not much else. The people in the building to the west must really enjoy those giant floor-to-ceiling windows that now jut out towards the street in view of their apartments. What a waste. This was never necessary.

    Ugh. I hope the tenement residents on either side stare into those jutting windows in the morning while drinking their coffee in their bathrobes and make the worker bees uncomfortable.

    If there ARE any worker bees...any news on incoming office tenants?

    I mean it is what it is.. we’re not in 1905 and this is the urban contemporary look around the globe. Honestly I’d have this over any of those shit suburban looking apartment building they put up in the 80s/90s/00s (eg. 85 Avenue A)
