I read the license plate as NOT WELZ. Made sense to me.

ReplyDeleteIt's HOTWHELZ. A NYS plate. And me and several others have checked the "How's My Driving" for NYS app and no violations listed.
I bet the rats were amazed when they first climbed into it’s engine
