ReplyDeleteThe ONLY good thing about this monstrosity of a commercial building full of unneeded new office space is not having to look at those blaring ads on the now disabled billboard.
ReplyDeleteThe LES is a residential neighborhood now under siege by real estate developers foisting useless commercial buildings that will ultimately house nothing of value to the locals.
ReplyDeleteWhat if new office space comes with people moving into the neighborhood. Don't they become locals? Quit whining!
ReplyDeletewow. this neighborhood used to have so much flavor. the greedy landlords that have infiltrated our hood should all be deported back to the Hamptons.
