  2. Pooper scooper law is ridiculous anyway, even if enforced. Bits of the poop and pee are all over the sidewalk. Why can't we go back to "curb your dog"?

  4. East Village is absolutely disgusting with dog shit. All of the dog owners in this area should be ashamed and appalled at the state of affairs here. Clean up after your dogs and yourselves!
