The rainy Memorial Day must have prompted some spring cleaning... above, someone hastily tried to hide the evidence of a Christmas tree, stripping its branches and stuffing the remains into a box on 13th Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue. (

Meanwhile, someone attempted to dock this discarded (and surprisingly fresh) tree on the NE corner of Sixth Street and Second Avenue (thanks to the reader for this tip!)...
