The milled roadways of Second Avenue and Third Avenue are rough rides for motorists and cyclists... Citi Bikes especially have little bump sensitivity.

Still, you'd think someone would have noticed their bike seat went missing on Second Avenue and Ninth Street today ...

    Has anyone seen when this is planned to be repaved? My commute to work is far more dangerous now that I don't have an effective way to use 2nd Ave.
