Steven points out that Kikoo Sushi on First Avenue between St. Mark's Place and Ninth Street is closed for a "glow up" (aka renovations). Per the signage, they'll reopen in October.

Any morning following a night of "revelers" the streets, tree pits, and parks are filled with pizza boxes, paper plates and containers, hundreds of loose napkins, plastic drink containers of all types, liquor bottles, soda & beer cans, and an occasional bar glass. (I have a collection of them.)
