The Continental... replaced by a Sephora. Don't it always seem to go...
Could've been worse
The Continental went from a cool music venue to a frat bro disaster.
Wowza. Who woulda thunk it…. ! The stamp of a new era.

Disagree. Sephora's the mothership of Basic.
I'd take another Starbucks over a Sephora.
It's the rents that are sanitizing the EV. The energy of the outre that existed from post WWII to the 80s is missing. The working for the rent makes it too difficult to explore... invent... and dream.
