Who are these people with their coveted or ignored tree?
ReplyDeleteThe tree is a joke. The the cement casement around the tree base isn't. It's happening all over the EV... Dumb owners are cementing over tree bases to stop rats. The trees belong to the community not to the landlords... the rats belong to the landlords.
