Just got back from Long Beach, LI, and that, too, is being gentrified (just saw a Five Guys burger opening up in place of a former Korean deli, amongst other/clubs restaurants that used to be mom and pop shops --even Wendy's closed, the one by the train station and is now a Capital One Bank).<BR/><BR/>Anyway, I feel like celebrating Christmas in August.
