(In an election for Public Advocate and five ballot questiions?) I voted early in order to see what early-voting procedures were. And I got to do it on my day off.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5694390946037511355.post-17760603407515223552019-11-06T13:39:19.131-05:002019-11-06T13:39:19.131-05:00I voted on 13th St and C, was asked for ID, provid...I voted on 13th St and C, was asked for ID, provided it, voted and moved on. Seriously...nothing of note on the ballot and no opposition to those running either. NYC is 75% Dems across the board and they vote a strict party line with no thought or logic. Whatever the Dems want there, they get.
But I did vote and the process was much easier...brought the card with the bar code on it that I received in the mail about two months ago, which was scanned at the desk in the tablet and then I signed my name on the tablet...done deal. Easy. Smooth. Efficient. Kudos NYC! I didn't vote early, but that is a good change. When I voted at NYU Palladium this morning, there was no longer the large bound books with photocopies of signatures to match with when you sign in. Today there was a computer tablet to sign in on. I had to prove it was me (photo ID). Yes, it is important to vote.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5694390946037511355.post-16365185784356858482019-11-05T09:27:22.943-05:002019-11-05T09:27:22.943-05:00I agree that you should vote early, vote often, at...I agree that you should vote early, vote often, at least if you're in Chicagy.
Vote for your crook or my crook--or your dog's favorite crook.
I'm going to ask her now....
billhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11727017107155539337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5694390946037511355.post-73611576803741638122019-11-05T08:52:34.432-05:002019-11-05T08:52:34.432-05:00Voted early!Voted early!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5694390946037511355.post-26524717998469543132019-11-05T07:54:25.201-05:002019-11-05T07:54:25.201-05:00As they say, vote early and vote often; I voted ea...As they say, vote early and vote often; I voted early, did anyone else?Scuba Divahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10326884503725331349noreply@blogger.com
