What do we want for Avenue B? Yogurt? Ice cream? Yoga? Pilates?

The space at 41 Avenue B has been vacant for some time...

There's now a new ad in the window giving a better description of the property, which can be split into two storefronts.

And what are some of the suggested uses? (No bars, thank you!)

Hmm...Yoga center...Pilates...Yogurt...Ice Cream...Zzzzzzzzzz...Pastry and Desserts....Spa...ZZzzzzzzz....

  1. Please, please a fishmonger! We haven't had one since the place on 13th and 1st closed. I'm not crazy about the ones in the Essex Street Market.

  2. I'd be happy with those suggestions... Meanwhile, the place on the corner of 2nd Street and B looks ready to open -- looks like a cafe with desserts.

  3. Two cafes with desserts on Clinton, now another on the next block? What is with this dessert obsession, anyway? A good bread bakery, on the other hand, would make me swoon.
