The scaffolding is coming down at St. Brigid's

EV Grieve reader Empire also checks in with the above photos taken this afternoon at St. Brigid's on Avenue B and Eighth Street. The scaffolding outside the church is coming down. Perhaps to make it easier for workers to access the church during the renovation process? Regardless, it's nice to see the church steps again.

Previously.

  1. The scaffolding is most likely being replaced. It will be back up in a couple of days. Take some pics when you can.

  3. It has been years that this church has been disgrace for our street...

Destroy it or fix it... whatever... but do it quickly now!

This scaffolding has been very dangerous and very dirty... Nothing is really done. Big hazard for all neighbors.
