What celebrity lives here?

Here's a "celebrity offering" at the Albert, 23 E. 10th St. (between University and Broadway). And look, there's even a margarita machine!

(And I hope the celebrity doesn't mind his/her address was included on the video!)

P.S.
According to the YouTube description, this "can be combined with Apt 811 to create duplex. Offered at $1,599,000."

  1. "And look, even a margarita machine!" I hate real estate agents.

  2. Was he a kindergarden teacher prior to his career in real estate?

  3. I'm glad the kitchen is "functional". Because there's nothing worse than a kitchen that doesn't function.

Now we know what happened to all the kids who didn't study for the SATs.

  4. Well first of all, for a real estate sleeze, that guy is pretty hot. I think he's drunk from the margarita machine, which makes him even hotter.

Second, won't it be funny when the next tall glass building goes up to block their views? And third, that place is really small. Which celebrity do we think bought this place? Not one who is an actual celebrity and not one who actually ever lived there.

  7. Some background info is missing from this post. How do you know a celebrity owns the property?
