On Third Avenue above 14th Street.

  1. Why rush off to Third Ave when you can make your very own Meat-on-a-Stick right at home?!

    40 lbs of boneless pork
    20 cups soy sauce
    20 cups apple cider vinegar
20 cups oyster sauce-(or to taste!)
    20 cups brown sugar
    20 heads garlic-minced
    20 tsp hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste-(to taste!)

    1. Cut the boneless pork meat up in chunks. Mix all ingredients together and marinate...

2.When you're ready to go, put the meat on sticks.

    3. Cook 4 sticks of meat on a George Foreman Grill at a time until done (about 15-20 minutes depending on how big chunks are). Pile finished Meat-on-Sticks on a corner of the grill until all the Meat-on-Sticks are finished.

Total cooking time: Approximately 26.6 hours
Servings: Feeds about 40 hungry friends or perfect strangers! Mangia!
