Live blogging the NYC marathon


Why do they call it the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge? It doesn't really get more narrow as you cross it.

    after 32 years here i just learned that the way to remember the order of the brooklyn, manhattan, and williamsburg bridges is B-M-W.
