Stuyvesant Grocery's three signs

I was going through the photos that I didn't use from the last few months, and I came across this one...



I took this about four or five weeks ago... I liked seeing all three Stuyvesant Grocery signs... Jill captured a better shot of it back in March...

    I always found their old misspelled "Styvesant" sign so endearing...was sorta bummed when I saw them pulling it down and installing the new one. Knowing what I know now, I'd be grateful to see the new one in its original splendor again. Sigh.

    i went by today and the green awning is down, and you can see the full Stuyvesant mural now. Unfortunately, I didn't have a picture-taking device on me. Interestingly, it's signed "Chico & Pete 2000" just like my backyard mural.
