40 Avenue C getting another renovation
40C on 40 Avenue C between Third Street and Fourth Street closed about this time last year for renovations...it became Batista, a 1950s-style Havana club...
And as of this week, Batista is seemingly getting a gut renovation...

ReplyDeleteIt was simply called 40C with hipster and gay nights. That didn't last long, not sure what it was prior to that.
