Tompkins Square Park Igloo back on the market

Hey, that "Soho-style" igloo in the heart of East Greenwich Village in Tompkins Square Park is back on the market. We wrote about it last March. For some reason, it disappeared from the market a week or later.

  2. The space was originally listed at 3000 square feet but was broken down in size after the last 40F day. Truly a green eco space. This may be the start of a new Igloo City replacing the Tent City of yore??!!
