Oh, never mind about that whole 'breaking news' on East Second Street thing

Heh. Well! Upon closer inspection, it appears that the DOT closed off Second Street between Avenue A and Avenue B so that WABC can film crews filling potholes...

    Must be a slow news day. Why isn't there a TV crew over on the Bowery filming the devastation being wrought upon 35 Cooper Square? (What, me furious?)

    not for nothing, E2 btwn A&B has a stretch of some scary potholes, that never seem to get filled. it's more of a lava run, than a street.

    Avenue B along the Park has some tasty potholes too. Probably a good thing the M9 is running on C now.
