  1. jesus, make your bed, Fratboy! and pick up those Dockers! that livingroom furniture? he sits on a pillow on the floor? next to a broom? drinking McDonald's coke and looking at Internet porn. i don't even want to know what's in that crumpled sock.

i guess he spent all his furnishing money on that insane rent.

  2. you'd think that for $5,200 a month the landlord would straighten out the place a little, or is the tenant subletting and really doesn't want to?

i don't think i've ever seen such a messy apartment ad - and so expensive on top of that.

  4. Better make sure you roll out the right side of the bed in the morning if you're going to have the window open next to it like that.

  5. What does it matter, they could have piles of feces and some group of dopes would rent it just so long as they can have their own sex in the city experience. or is it jersey shore experience in the city?

  6. Maybe all the clutter is intentional, after all they are clearly targeting a certain demographic. My building's also steadily turning into an NYU dorm.

  7. Interesting. I saw a group of people on the stoop the other night discussing the price. Bunch of kids. With this and the new 'dorm' on the opposite side of the block on 5th St, it's probably going to me a noisy nightmare this summer in the back yard.

  10. I used to think my rent was exorbitant. Now I realize what a great deal I have. Go ahead, Management, raise my rent!
