  5. Once the rebellious phase is over, these young 'uns will return to Connecticut where the grass is greener and the livin' is easier.

  6. maybe they'd like to move into that new cutting edge building

  7. They can't be real crusties. That dog isn't malnourished enough.

  8. Well, it's warm out so it's time to go ruff it.

  9. Same as it ever was...

  10. The dog is playing dead, hoping and praying they'll leave him behind so he can find a real home.

  14. I think a full blown crusty invasion would do this city some good.

I hope someone tells them not to smoke in the park.

  15. One of the crusty girls tried to casually walk off with my husband's bike one summer, while he was playing soccer in TSP.

He watched her out of the corner of his eye as she slowly inched toward the bike and then slowly wheeled it away from the tree he'd leaned it against. He quickly caught up with her and told her to drop it.

She played all dumb like, "it's my bike, man, fuck off."

So he just decked her - flat out cold cocked her and she dropped to the ground.

And let go of the bike. Finally.

I have very little sympathy for these kids.

  16. I'll take the crusties any day over the fratties and the yunnie honeys.

  17. @jeremy: Amen. They ought to be forced to wake up every weekday morning, take a shower, put on a clean shirt and pants then go to a job and work for 8 hours. Probably the cruelest conceivable punishment for these fine folks.

  18. @VH McKenzie

Are you serious. Your husband decked a woman wow!

  19. VH McKenzie,

If I was your husband, I would have done the same thing. Besides, most of these "crusty" women are more manly than the men anyhow; not to mention they smell worse.

  20. For a person to hit another person is never right unless that other person physically threatened them. Call a cop.

This is over a bike, she didn't pull a knife.
To deck a woman is not a cool thing. It is the lowest most despicable thing a man can do, and what if his punch accidentally killed her? You seem to think that this behavior is cool. This is not something to be proud of. What a bunch of ignoramouses!

  21. Anon 10:39 - I don't agree with the punch, but calling a cop for a stolen bike is pretty useless. By the time they come, the bike will be long gone. You gotta take matters into your own hands at that point.

are you kidding? is this the choice we are forced to make?
    i don't want either.
how about we get some "just regular people" for a change.
    that would be a change.
