Sign campaign against the Boiler Room on Second Avenue

Spotted near Third Street... the bar is on Fourth Street just east of Second Avenue...

  1. Oh yes, let's waste NYPD's time & money over a small divey gay bar that few even go to anymore.

  2. The Boiler Room has been there forever and the neighbors are going to start complaining now?

  3. Such bullshit. The Boiler Room is SO not a Superdive-type of bar. It's a neighborhood gay bar with a good mixed crowd. Give me a BREAK!

  4. Hell, I'm almost as anti-EV bar scene as anybody. But even this is a WTF?! for me.
It's funny (not really), because the sign is great and has useful / helpful information on it. I just don't understand why they have singled out a particular bar that is "so-not-a problem" by any comparison to the REAL problem places.
