This weekend in big parties on Avenue B

Late Saturday night/early Sunday morning, a reader noted a large, uh, gathering on Avenue B... bringing back nightmares memories of Le Souk...

While they were in front of the former hookah hotspot, partygoers were actually going in the door next to the space for a party in an apartment above the old Le Souk ...

  1. What a sad crowd. In the second shot, the “Dude” with the backward BB cap, being supported by his 2 “Bros” seems ready to hurl at any second.

  2. Jesus, that apartment must have looked like the stateroom scene in the Marx Brothers' "A Night at the Opera". How is it the floor didn't collapse under the weight of all those dipshits - er, I mean, hipsters?

  5. i walked through and COMLPETELY noticed this. it was earlyish. there were about 200 16 year olds. NOT NYU frat/brat/sorority morons. just good old natives having a nice underage time lol. you can tell the difference, these are slightly smaller and obnoxious is a far more sophisticated way.
