We spotted a classic Urban Etiquette Sign under the gate at the coming-soon Upright Citizens Brigade on East Third Street ...


It's about the air conditioning unit. "Please have this piece of crap repaired, replaced or turn it off!"

    Wow, these people will not give up on finding something about UCB to complain about. At least they didnt say the AC unit was offensive.

    has nothing to do with UCB--it is to the property owner reqgarding ac on roof.
    Maybe they put letter there so Grieve would print and draw attention.

    when did complaining become something to criticize.
    puking drunks, noisy neighbors, defective air conditioners, offensive signs,etc.
    is accepting disgusting behavior the rule of today?

    The cargo shorts are to blame. They make a "swishing" sound when you walk around in them. THERE IS NO A/C!
