  1. This "planking" thing is getting ridiculous.

  2. If you find yourself getting sleepy way before bedtime, try getting up off the sidewalk and doing something mildly stimulating to avoid falling asleep.

  3. Late yesterday on 10th between Avenue A and Avenue B there was one drunk guy lying on the south side of the street and another drunk guy lying on the north side of the street. It was sad. I know they don't help themselves, but the heat is hard on these guys.

  6. Yes , I hear there was a big sit down yesterday in the playground at TS Park. Mostly rats. Although a couple of squirrels were also spotted in attendance. They're going to try to flip the hawk. Cash and gifts they say. I don't know the exact amount but I heard the offer will be enough to keep the hawk happy for a quite some time. That and something to so with a nice three family oak tree in Central Park. In return the hawk will make quick clean hits like this one. No mess and it gets the point across.

  7. You know, if there was a fire, this guy's blocking the hydrant.
