123 Third Ave. is already cracking up
Here at the home of million-dollar condos at 14th Street and Third Avenue. There's a nice crack along this section on 14th Street where the Capital One Bank will reside one day...

ReplyDeleteI am not surprised. I inspected this building with the NYC DOB and noticed immediately how poorly this building is constructed. It was built by the chinese looking to save every last penny.

That crack has been there for about 2 weeks now. It happened when they were re-doing the sidewalk in front of the building.
