This makes me so mad. They rushed to tear down the old building just to get rid of it and silence the preservationists.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what makes me sadder -looking at the empty space or the building when it was awaiting its doom. The developer just didn't want to be bothered with community opposition or take a chance it being landmarked.
