It says clearly on the bottom right "limited to Department circulation". This notice was not meant to be posted in public, but obviously, some asshole did.

ReplyDeleteThe real question is: Could this robber had worn something a bit more subdued? Look at this track jacket. I would have gone with basic black or grey.
