ReplyDeleteAgreed about the golf umbrellas. So many times I have narrowly averted getting an eyeful of umbrella spike from these sidewalk monopolizers.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, a good hat with a brim and coat are often all you need for light to moderate rain.
