Santa meets the naughty

Yesterday, we noted this welcoming Santa outside The Boys' Club on East 10th Street at Avenue A...

...and this morning... dunno who to blame for this Kringle crushing. Bored kids? Holiday haters? Some of the collective group of morons barhopping last night?

Hope that he at least made his list and checked it twice.

  2. @Marty Definitely the collective morons. Walking up Second Avenue last night was so tedious. What's this new trend where 15 people all buy water/cigarettes/diet cokes all at once and block the entire corner of a street for ten minutes? Huddled together as if one gets too far, they'll be stabbed.

"This is the letha jackit I wair to tha city..."

  4. Yes, last night was hellish and sick. And today, I was about to throw up, walking by "Poco" on 3rd and B, all these corny suburban fratty fucks waiting and waiting to "get in" for their brunch special. And then this (admittedly gorgeous) girl walking by with her corny ass group, drinkin a bud light tall boy, no paper bag or anything, they were trying to hail a cab. What a mess. Get the fuck outta hea you animals!
I love when I see my Latin natives holdin' it down.

  7. @glamma A month or two ago there was a huge police presence on Avenue A at several locations. I was walking out of Stuy Town down Avenue A when this group of 15 wasted suburbanite 20-somethings came out of Stuy Town. Solo cups full of vodka - they screamed about it several times. They also used the word 'faggot' so loud and so frequently it made me ill. But there were huge police ... checkpoints at 11th and by 7A. Now, no cops and plenty of the people you describe just throwing shit around and screaming at cabs. Amateur night every night.

  8. I believe this Santa was stolen from a doorstep on E 5th St, just steps away from the 9th Precinct. This is why we can't have nice things.
