One way to patch up a $111.6 million building

Walking along the backside of 41 Cooper Square the other day...



Perhaps it's some kind of post-modern art... or maybe a tribute to the tenement buildings nearby...

  1. I think NYU is going to take over Cooper Union within 5 years. With their bad investments, the board has engineered conditions that will make a merge look good. meanwhile, NYU continues to register its buses in New Jersey. Bad neighbor. bad citizen.
