    Billy is really milking this shit. He's already got a lease in the new building - he's NOT, by any stretch of the imagination, one of the disposessed business owners who have been run out by rampant development. In fact, he wil lbenefit handsomely with a brand new showroom. Yeesh Billy, get real!
