ReplyDeleteHey Marty, I once urinated wildly on East 5th Street, right across the street from the 9th Precinct. I was just watering the plants, when someone tapped me on my shoulders. Being somewhat startled...I finished the process on his highly polished shoes. Spent the night inside the precinct.
