  3. Yeah, there did seem to be a bit of commotion last night. Given that the soccer was over by 530, that prob wasnt it. Yanks won but thats nothing new... Was such a nice night, had my windows open and did catch some revelry that I thought was a bit out of place for Mon...

  4. Is definitely summer time for the kiddies. Yesterday in Sty town the oval lawn was packed pretty dense with sun bathers. Definitely didnt feel like a monday.

  5. Went for a Midnight run around Tompkins Sunday and saw many seeming pub crawlers wandering up Avenue A. It's a 7 days a week thing now, here in Murray Hill South. Here's what weirds me out: these early twentysomething dudes? Most of 'em were wearing button-down shirts. ON A SUNDAY EVENING. Were they just coming from church or something? Planned to sleep in their clothes, spring out of bed and head straight to their bank internships in the morning?

  6. I noticed this too! on Ave A, the late night drunken yelling thing that is a regular feature of Fri/Sat nights here, but last night as well.

  7. I've noticed the night noise is every day of the week now. There used to be quiet bars/restaurants I'd go on Sun-Mon, but now every night is Saturday.
