  1. I have to say, if this had opened when I was a teenager I'd have gone there every day. I've since had better fish and chips than Arthur Treacher...but I've never gotten over the loss of the Nathan's at 8th Street and Sixth Avenue. That was the real thing; the modern franchise version is a lesser imitation. All that said, I wouldn't turn down either one today.
