As The Real Deal reported, the corner will one day house an 82,000-square-foot, nine-story residential building with 94 units. And retail.

ReplyDeleteDo the people living in the middle have any windows? I don't understand the layouts with these dense, cubed buildings. The Kowloon Walled City was more appealing!
ReplyDeleteThis one is a pure product of its zoning. Wonder why the massing looks exactly the same as the "Corner" at 72nd and broadway ? Its the "dormer" regulations and set back requirements, from the zoning resolution which permit and encourage those odd stair step configuration at the property lines and a big set back at the actual corner.
