    Aw, man! Once that condo goes up in the mystery lot I won't have anywhere grassy to re-locate the mice I capture in my apartment.

    (I know it's an obtuse reference, but he actually performed at the Jefferson Theater, which we all remember previously stood on this site).

    by the time lenny bruce was here he was a broken man, talked mostly about his trials, attorneys and judges,
    it was very sad,
    the jefferson also had weekend silent movies with an organ or piano player. i don't remember which but it was fun.
    the sun will certainly be blocked on 13th street now.
    good bye to another memory.
