  2. Regarding the loss of 186 Spring, I have to wonder if it has anything to do with the building next-door, which is also doomed. The latter is due to become a luxury condo with a rooftop pool and I'm sure someone has thought about adding 186 Spring to the deal. It's such a shame as that row of houses dates back almost 200 years.
