I saw this sign today and wondered if this is one of those poor dogs tied up outside a deli or whatever and gone by the time the owner returns, stolen and then put up for sale.
ReplyDeleteThat's what I thought too. It's so dangerous to leave a dog tied up outside a store. It's a sitting duck.
