Afternoon gas check

  2. "Despair"? People are without homes, people died in this storm, and these people "despair" over lack of gasoline.

    Meanwhile these obnoxious drivers are blocking the streets and intersections, nearly running over pedestrians and cyclists for fear that someone will get in front of them in their 10-block line for pollutants.

    Sorry, no sympathy.
