ReplyDeleteso by deduction it is obvious that this substation is probably considered a critical facility in NYC.
Therefore a situation like this probably calls for some sort of predetermined response from Homeland Security which in includes military.

ReplyDeleteThe real rats also came out during the storm. they jumped the EV ship and went back to their parents house in Connecticut or holed up in a hotel or friend's apartment uptown.
